to Yachiyo's specifications.

. Create ECR's and submit them to our customers.

. Use Fast Blank software for forming analysis.

. Visit the die manufacturing shops regularly to ensure that their

schedules are being met.

. Check the quality of parts on the check fixtures during the completion of

the die build.

. Scan parts and provide a color map of areas that are out of tolerance.

. Create milling cnc programs for the shop floor using the latest Mastercam

software.

. Able to do simple 2D programming as well as complex 3D milling requiring

many roughing and finishing operations.

. Set-up the tool library in Mastercam with all of Yachiyo's standard

tooling.

. Create setup sheets for the cnc operator.

. Monitor and troubleshoot any problems that may occur during cnc

machining.

. Scan broken or damaged die components with PolyWorks red light scanning

equipment. Create a polygonal model in order to reverse engineer the part

so it can be duplicated. Create nurb surfaces in the PolyWorks software

and then export them as iges files. Sectional iges geometry will also be

exported to recreate the entire data if needed in either SolidWorks, or

Catia V5.

. Modify the designs of our oscillating blanking die to suite new blank

shapes using AutoCad. Send designs out and have a machine shop modify

the die to my specifications.
