service centers in the CHEP USA domestic market.

transition the Hammond, LA Service Center from 3PL to CHEP managed

. Managed 4 CHEP pallet Service Centers in Ohio. (Columbus (2),
Hamilton, Lima). The team consisted of 200+ associates, who generated
in excess of $6M in annual revenue.
. Spearheaded Green field startup of facility to produce +ASRS offering
to P&G at projected annual savings of $11M to CHEP. This included the
commission of a prototype production process, as well as the
integration of a 3PL management team to manage the operation.
. Worked onsite with teams at Proctor and Gamble, Kellogg, Dannon, Kraft
and other CPG customers to assure seamless and transparent platform
solutions.
. Optimized several cost out and sustainable initiatives in FY09 and
FY10, resulting in savings in excess of $650K to the business.
