Mr. Wilson has over 20 years of experience as a project controls lead and planner / scheduler utilizing various planning software including Open Plan, Primavera 3.1 and P3e/c, P5, P6. He has functioned as the Primavera system administrator at several sites. At one of these sites he was responsible for over 60 primavera users. He has been responsible for the estimating, budgeting and project controls of multimillion dollar projects including resource loading and staffing requirements. Assisted in the development and maintaining of a turnaround website and livelink information distribution system. Manager of contract planners, schedulers, estimators and contractors.
Mr. Wilson has been a member of numerous project controls teams over the past 20 years. He has developed expertise in developing and maintaining detailed project and shutdown schedules in Open Plan and Primavera. He is also experienced in project cost analysis including trending, forecasting and progress measurement.
