Organized and directed teams to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks. Able to schedule preventive /corrective maintenance on machinery, as well as new construction Critical Path Method (CPM) production scheduling at the worksite.
Executed, and established preventive maintenance programs, scheduled, planned, and tracked preventive and corrective maintenance, repairs, capital projects and installation for multimillion dollar projects. Have extensive experience in integrated master schedule development, and EVM analysis.
Familiar with the CPM, Enterprise Project Structure (EPS), and Work Breakdown Structure (WBS). Accustom to creating my own global changes, layouts and filters to view schedules. Knowledgeable at integrating sub-contractors schedules with Primavera (import/export through MS Projects).
