I was a cfr for APAC and I had a call handle time of 430mins per week. I excelled at customer relations and problem solving without costing the company any money or lost sales. I answered the phones for people who were in need of knowing their benefits and their claims information. Usually I could take anywhere from 20-60 calls a day with no mis information or customer complaints used dos based systems as well as MS windows and a 10-key we also had a 5 line phone system and sometimes had to transfer to in/out of the company for the client to get the full information.
