Introduced Configuration Management Tool for managing process, and providing version control across 200 projects, and 6 business units utilizing multiple platforms and toolsets.

EPM

SUBVERSION

Migration of all projects from Harvest to Subversion software versioning and revision control tool. Set up procedures for parallel and agile development using branching methods, release management utilizing the tags directory and use of tracking capabilities for change logs and defect reports between releases.

TORTOISE

Providing access to subversion commands directly in Windows explorer. Implemented branch/tag comparing, resulting in a graphical representation of all revisions and commits to ensure proper code is moved into the trunk.

TEAMCITY

Worked with the DBA team to implement daily compile, test and build process for development, testing and staging environments. Reviewed build result details and browse changes to ensure continuous stability.

JIRA

Integrated 120 projects to JIRA, a web based bug and issue tracking tool that combines development and project management activities. Migrated Agile projects implementing standard workflow and procedures for tracking revisions, managing project schedule, sprints and backlogs. Process creates documentation, tracking and reporting activities for defects, issues, task, risk, change request and links issues to related source code revisions and build status. REPLICON

Migration of 450 users including overseas contractors to a web based time reporting tool with 0 payroll incidents. Initial Requirements data included business specific time and attendance rules, employee contract specifics, current hours status, status at go live, project/task determination and coding, approval limits, reporting requirements, time submission and payroll procedures, SharePoint EPM migration for resource and project cost allocation and reporting.
