with supplier management.

- Shape contractual terms and conditions, involving legal when

- Undertake due diligence in mitigating all external supply
risk from supplier selection through to contract execution.
- Actively participate in supplier performance management,
including ongoing contract management and control, collation of
performance data (KPIs), and planning and execution of supplier
meetings, and supplier tiering based on criticality to
business.
- Highlight and process procurement transformation improvement
opportunities (continuous improvement and step change
improvement) across the full procurement life cycle (category
strategy, strategic sourcing, supplier management and purchase
to pay).
Achievements:
- Led Production and Residential Facilities Management sector
overseeing more than $300M spend.
- Led consultancy sector (drilling and operations) overseeing
approx $100M spend.
- Continuous support for purchase and service of valves and
rotating equipment.
- Was SCM tag for transition to the new regional office:
fit-out; construction management; structural engineering,
design and architectural consultancy, and other categories
- Developed Market Sector Strategy for two regional sectors,
saving more than 20% of cost.
- Optimized sectors through consolidation of contracts and
renegotiation of existing contract rates.
- Strategically sourced more than 30 Categories worth more than
$400M.
- Raised an issue of improving cost split for assets, expecting
to save more than $70M.
