Resume:

Cover-letter

Date: March, ****

To Whom It May Concern:

I am looking for a scientific position in your company. I

think my professional background would match perfectly for

a position in your company. I have worked over 5 years as a

Scientist, R&D Biochemistry, Siemens. The primary focus of

my work was to characterize molecular allergenic proteins

(i.e small proteins) for diagnosis in Immunoassays. I have

researched on protein and related fields i.e. proteins,

antibodies, antigens and molecular proteins (allergens)

from different Institutes in post doctoral fellowship i.e.

Univ. of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS, AR), Mayo

Clinic (Rochester, MN), Harvard Medical School (Boston, MA)

and other research Institutes.

The major work of my latest position was involved in

purification of allergenic protein, characterization of

protein by SDS-PAGE, Western blot, Iso-electric focusing,

Liquid chromatography (HPLC), Mass-Spec analysis,

MALDI-TOF, conjugation of small molecules, biotinylation,

monoclonal antibody based assay development and mass

spectrum analysis of protein and small molecules. The major

work was oriented on innovation of new molecules for

diagnostic assays. The new molecules are developed in R&D

and l transferred to manufacturing unit for large scale

production. In process of knowledge transfer, I wrote batch

records, SOPs, executive report and other necessary

documents. I make multiple products following manufacturing

processes including cGMP, cGLP, cGDP, etc.

The development of new molecule involves collaboration with

other departments. I collaborated with different departments

for i.e. antibody development, molecular biology, protein

chemistry group, etc. to develop new molecules for assays.

The recombinant antigen development and purification of

recombinant antigens, monoclonal antibody development for

ELISA assay, detection of conjugation by MALDI-TOF

analysis, etc. as involved in my work.

I am looking for opportunities to achieve further

experience. I feel that my background expertise would match

well for a research scientist position, R&D group,

Biochemical or biochemistry group, or similar in your

company. I hope my expertise on diagnostic products,

protein, antigen, antibody and related molecular diagnosis

would be useful for your company. I would like to use my

expertise and skills for the development of your company.

I hope to get your responses soon.

Thank you,
