Periodically inspect the quality of the food, cleanliness and service in all of the restaurants and the employee dining room as well. In addition, inspect kitchen equipment, plus the handling storage, preparation, and servicing of food, water, and beverage. Patrol the hotel’s public areas every week, in order to generate a report that offers support to the different departments regarding the physical care (cleaning and maintenance) as well as the services. This includes the supervision of applying the correct amount of chlorine in the guest’s general bathing area such as pools and Jacuzzi.

Randomly supervise a minimum of ten rooms per week, preferably the “due arrive” rooms already serviced by the housekeeper.

Deliver guests’ comments every week. Also tabulate and distribute results.

Follow up and distribute guests’ complain, suggestion and comments from guest to the entire hotel’s department.

To maintain the International Environmental Certification of the hotel as a Blue Flag and Green Globe member. This includes keeping the hotel ready for audit throughout the year.

Interview Tour Operator Representatives every month regarding the level of quality and service of the hotel.

Maintain an exemplary, transparent, judicious and objective attitude regarding the performance of the duties, and report any deviation in the fulfillment of the standard operating procedures established by the Hotel.
