Currently working in sales as a Real Estate Associate Broker listing REO and Short Sale properties. Performing CMA's and valuations, property inspections on properties and vacant land. I am a HUD listing agent.

I manage property preservation and coordinate utilities for my REO listings.

Variety of positions

While in college and high school, I worked at several part time jobs which included the Fairbury Cemetery, Waitress, Cook, Dishwasher, and a Retail Store.

I was in the Army Reserves for 4 years. I was a SP 5 in the Army Reserves and helped with payroll and served as a company clerk.

After I was out of College, I worked for a year at Square D Company in their shipping/receiving department and for a couple of years at Farmland Foods in Crete, Nebraska hanging hams.

While I worked for the Social Service Department I also had part time jobs at Sams Club as a Checker, auction clerk, and a truck stop waitress.

After leaving the Social Service Department in Nebraska I relocated to New Mexico and ran my own small retail business before going in to Real Estate.
