In addition to program management and implementation, heavy emphasis was placed on micro-finance education as a means for sustaining various programs within the organization. Policy formulation and grant writing were included in project management responsibilities. Capacity building activities were undertaken through transfer of knowledge to local staff for the project sustainability.
