Pivot-Arm spray field at the Maxton, NC plant to evenly distribute wastewater to the fields and to monitor
application rates through data collection for state permits. Automated spray plant equipment to balance equipment
run-time-hours with ControlLogix PLC and Wonderware HMI.
* Engineered, managed, and field installed Cognex Vision System across 56 soup production lines in 7 North American
plants to read two & three character can codes through Optical Character Verification and Recognition routines at a
rate of up to 1400 cans per minute.
* Electrical Project Engineering resource in design-to-startup of numerous projects, including ammonia
refrigeration systems, Pepperidge Farm bread production line, Soup-at-Hand production line, conveying systems
upgrades, packaging line upgrades and replacements, etc. Developed Wonderware HMI screens and ControlLogix PLC
programming for most of these projects.
* Converted Interact operator interface to Wonderware HMI for Prego production line at Sacramento.
* Designed and installed substations, power distribution panels, and MCC`s to power production equipment.

megawatt coal-fired boilers at Mount Storm Power Station in WV. Responsible for design, programming, and the
operator interface on Fisher DCS for BMS on these units.
* Used Foxpro database to manage the installation of this project, including drawing development, Fisher Envox
pre-compiled code, PLC descriptors, electrician daily task sheets and reports, etc.
* Designed the Mount Storm Station operator control consoles consisting of eight CRT monitors with dedicated
keyboards and a hard-wired Master Fuel Trip section per Architectural Design Standards.
* Designed new sootblower control interface at Possum Point Power Station with a Wonderware HMI that allowed manual
