Field Service Information Management Representative

The Field Service Information Management representative (FS-IMR) is the lead database

collections and information management operator for all PMIED-Defeat operations within OEF.

Serves as the subject matter expert for all automation of field operations wit h the responsibility to

design, write and implement databases serving the specific purpose to archive, collate, and

synchronize routine operations.

The responsibilities of the FS-IMR include but are not limited to:

Develop automated systems for existing routine operations that can be readily exported to or

imported within COLTs.

Develop Sharepoint Web application for all PM IED Defeat platforms ensuring its

availability, knowledge and information accessibility to all Warfighters throughout theater.

Improve existing collection management operations to incorporate PM IED defeat platforms

allowing easy search functions by platform, by user, by area and by unit information pulls.

Provides technical training, assistance and guidance to assigned Site Managers & FSRs

Responsible to automate all paper-related processes with PM IED defeat.

Responsible for the proper documentation of all analytical work performed

Assist Theater Lead in establishing searchable archives for all project data as assigned.

Performs field investigations in support of analytical approaches and categorization of events

and data. Ground truth will dictate the design of database and web applications.

Monitors and manages Automated Data Processing training as necessary for all employees

providing refresher training and technical updates as needed.
