Relocating Handyman/Contractor (Fort Collins/Loveland)

I am a hard working, dedicated person looking for employment after relocating to Northern Colorado after a lifetime in Western Nebraska(37 Years old.) I have 10+ years in the construction business and 20+in customer service. I spent the last 6+ years running my own construction business. I am a non-smoker and have my own transportation. I am currently not only looking for full-time work, I am looking for a career in which I can grow while at the same time help you grow. I have excellent work references upon request and also a resume.

Here is a list of handyman/construction items I have done on a fairly regular basis:

Painting-first and foremost my enjoyable work.

Plumbing-My father and grandfather were both plumbers so I have been around it over 30+ years. I am not licensed and actually only have two years apprentice on record in NE, but have years of experience.

Drywall-By no means am I am expert but have done alot.

Flooring-Same story, I have done alot of the years and am serviceable with the right person or company.

Doors/Windows-Have also done alot of work on these.

Roofing-Have done approximately 10-15 in my life.

Concrete-worked two summers exclusively with another concrete guy.

Locksmithing-Minimal experience, but have changed over 100 locks in my life. Majority of them for REO work.

Electrical-limited to changing out lighting fixtures, fans, outlets, gfci's and switches.

I am also very experienced in customer service which may be my strongest point. I have been in customer service my whole life. I successfully owned my own business the last few years, and have a resume and contacts to show a very strong history in customer service. I am also very computer literate. I have used email, excel, and other programs to deal with customers in many aspects such as communication and invoicing. I have done my own estimating on jobs the last 7 years and find that another strong point. I am a very hard working individual that strives for success. Any inquires are greatly appreciated! I forgot to mention the last 4 years I have become very proficient in REO/ Foreclosure work. I have done numerous lockouts/trashouts, lawn care, and remodeling. I have worked along numerous PPM's along the way.
