Farm/Pet Sitting Job or Farm Work Wanted (Cheraw, SC)

I am looking too combine my skills, passion and knowledge of horsemanship, pet/ farm sitting and pet ownership, so that I can give others peace of mind when they want or need to go away. I am a real person and I strive to please everyone. Everyone whom I have house or farm sat for have been very pleased with my work ethic. I can administer pet medications and horse supplements. I will also baby sit children and/or clean houses if needed.

I have on many occasions, house sat dogs that have anxiety problems. I also have experience with a variety of farm animals such as chickens, turkeys, Guinea hens and goats. I always want to and am willing to learn as much as possible.

SOME highlights of my horse experience:

After graduating high school in 2009, my trainer became sick, and I gained the position as barn manager. During that time I cared (fed, watered, wound treatment and mucking) for 20 horses, and maintained general barn support.

2010 to 2011- I assisted in the starting of 5 thoroughbred (Two of which were colts) two year old's under saddle. I also retrained a couple of other off the track thoroughbreds to be riding horses. As well as training my own personal horse.

During the summer of 2010 to present- I began assisting with trail rides and giving riding lessons.

Summer 2010- Sole charge of 40+ Thoroughbred horses.

Winter 2011-Summer 2012- Took weekly lessons with Kate Moore who trained for 20 years with six time Olympian Robert Dover.
