shared keys, and port forwarding), and PC/Mac configuration. Strong troubleshooting is

Troubleshooting VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol), phone over internet, checking switch

Network and data center analysis. Analysis was completed to support the rationalization
and upgrade of multiple AG Edwards /Wachovia centers in order to transition to an updated
and combined network infrastructure.
Worked independently to install LAN/WAN workstations at and associated peripherals for
multiple Sears Optical locations across Central Florida.
Assisted and planned configuration, integration and implementation of updated
workstations. Pre-implementation required workstation assembly, imaging drives, and
testing for functionality and network integration.
