servers (Hewlett Packard, Windows NT, Novell NetWare, Citrix/WinFrame).

. Replaced a pool of modems and phone lines with a cost effective, high speed, secure

internet access of all company hardware and software systems.

. Managed the implementation of the organization's multiple web sites, including a third

party, internet-based human resources system for internal use and marketing to clients.

. Implemented the company's first Medical Claims Data Warehouse ($1.5 billion in medical

claims). This included Clinical Analysis software implementation; development of claim

data extracts, data warehouse loads and data warehouse reporting systems.

. Saved over $300,000 by evaluating vendor suggested hardware and recommending a cost

effective alternative.

. Managed RIMS-QicClaim system hardware and technical software support and staff.
