Partner/Consultant Leveraged entrepreneurial orientation and expertise in corporate transactions in the acquisitions and assemblage of numerous properties throughout several states for investment partners. Performed due diligence, led negotiations and structured deals to maximize investors return. Organized and developed each projects business plan and execution strategy.
Managed the assemblage of over 4500 acres for a mixed-use master plan in Deer Valley Utah. Successfully executed all planning, entitlements, governmental relations, financing, marketing etc. Project includes residential, commercial, hospitality and recreation; resulted in massive valuation increase. Secured strategic partnership endorsements, branding agreements, license agreements and partnership agreements with Deer Valley, Starwood (St Regis), municipalities, financial partners, and various other related strategic partners.
