Business Development, PSC Industrial Services, LP. (2009 to Present)
As a business development professional for PSC I have been responsible for business
development and market share expansion primarily for the Denver market. Additionally,
worked at expanding PSC's new technology, Rhino, into existing market locations. Annual
revenue projections are 1.5M in new projects for the Denver market.
- Added 2 new accounts in the first 6 months with PSC.
- Instrumental in a smooth implementation of field utilization of Rhino Technology with a
95,000BBL/Day refinery.
Field Project Manager, Chevron Environmental Management Company. (2007 to 2009
)
As a
consultant, provided for the daily oversight of field operations on two oil fields.
Developed, interacted, and communicated with business partners and customers. Ensured all
operations are completed to Chevron standards. Conducted after action reviews, job site
safety inspections, and oversaw the creation of standard operating procedures, and general
safety policies. Monitored all work processes to be in compliance with OSHA and Cal-OSHA
regulations.
- Completed $9.5M worth of projects, in multiple locations - on time, within budget, and
with zero OSHA recordable incidents.
- Developed and wrote field operations manual for field project managers.
- Successfully identified and delivered lean sigma process improvements to save over
$200K.
- Earned 1 year Incident Free Operations in two locations - simultaneously.
- Re-designed estimate tools and instituted real-time budget tracking using MS Excel.
Chief Operations Officer/Corporate Secretary, AZS Corporation. (2005 to 2007)
Supervised the selecting, hiring, and training of employees and agents. Provided research
expertise and day-to-day operational guidance to team members and investors. As a
Corporate Secretary, negotiated all business insurance and workman's comp policies.
Oversaw all daily operations and training of agents in three office locations.
- Designed and successfully developed organizational structure for two C-Corps and one
LLC.
- Successfully boosted a 20% increase in commissions earned $4.9M on a total sales volume
of $69M.
- Designed and wrote company policy & procedures manuals.
- Partnered with local businesses and developed a 'Lunch and Learn* training program for
agents and staff.
- Established an online corporate accounting and employee direct deposit system using

- Created new position classifications for developing a new compensation program for the
City of Hoover, Alabama. Wrote over 200 position descriptions, wrote compensation analysis
questionnaires, and consolidated positions for a new compensation program for Auburn
University.
IEC Group (1997)
- Conducted over 150 job analyses and wrote all job descriptions and summaries for the
Yakima Indian Nation. Identified benchmark positions for a salary survey and classified
positions. Worked off of a Point Factor and Market Based approach to pay structures and
classifications.

Lieutenant: Eleven years; Served in diverse settings from Heavy Equipment Field Engineers
