As a business development professional for PSC I have been responsible for business

development and market share expansion primarily for the Denver market. Additionally,

worked at expanding PSC's new technology, Rhino, into existing market locations. Annual

revenue projections are 1.5M in new projects for the Denver market.

- Added 2 new accounts in the first 6 months with PSC.

- Instrumental in a smooth implementation of field utilization of Rhino Technology with a

95,000BBL/Day refinery.

Field Project Manager, Chevron Environmental Management Company. (2007 to 2009

)

As a

consultant, provided for the daily oversight of field operations on two oil fields.

Developed, interacted, and communicated with business partners and customers. Ensured all

operations are completed to Chevron standards. Conducted after action reviews, job site

safety inspections, and oversaw the creation of standard operating procedures, and general

safety policies. Monitored all work processes to be in compliance with OSHA and Cal-OSHA

regulations.

- Completed $9.5M worth of projects, in multiple locations - on time, within budget, and

with zero OSHA recordable incidents.

- Developed and wrote field operations manual for field project managers.

- Successfully identified and delivered lean sigma process improvements to save over

$200K.

- Earned 1 year Incident Free Operations in two locations - simultaneously.

- Re-designed estimate tools and instituted real-time budget tracking using MS Excel.

Chief Operations Officer/Corporate Secretary, AZS Corporation. (2005 to 2007)

Supervised the selecting, hiring, and training of employees and agents. Provided research
