Covered several high profile criminal trials/motions as needed in various NJ counties. Took notes, observed jury reaction, prosecutor and the judge during the course of the trial. Determined witness testimony contradictions, assembled and prepped defense witnesses/experts, policed media inquiries, maintained defense & state exhibits, handled emergent investigations. NJ Superior Criminal Court (including but not limited to Post Conviction Relief & Interlocutory Appeals), Appellate Court, Supreme Court, Federal District Court of New Jersey and Federal Third Circuit Court of Appeals. Depending on Whether or not I sat as Trial Assistant in certain trials/motions was contingent to editing facts in the brief. Most importantly, I was responsible for monitoring the appellate team for the final draft in order to compile the brief/appendices in compliance to whatever criteria the venue required. I never missed a deadline.

Client interviews /witness interviews were required for the purpose of determining the level of investigation required (whether it be handled via subpoena, private investigator, lie detector, psychological evaluation, etc.). Initial discovery require to seek witesses, photos surveillance, additional police reports and lab reports. I've monitored extensive wiretap cases, mostly gang related.
