Performed an IT assessment for a distribution company to reconfirm their IT strategy.

Identified key initiatives to strengthen their use of the BPICS application in support of

business drivers. Created and chaired a Technology Steering Committee for vetting

technology ideas and keeping approved initiatives on track long-term.

Performed an IT Process Model assessment for a large consumer products company. This

Proposed and managed a Vendor-Managed Inventory (VMI) application pilot to a client as an

extension of an ERP implementation project. $400,000 in annual losses (first-year only)

caused by inventory obsolescence from just-in-case orders of a date stamped product by one

customer were eliminated through this software that suggests purchase orders based on

point-of-sale data feeds.
