Proposed and managed a Vendor-Managed Inventory (VMI) application pilot to a client as an
extension of an ERP implementation project. $400,000 in annual losses (first-year only)
caused by inventory obsolescence from just-in-case orders of a date stamped product by one
customer were eliminated through this software that suggests purchase orders based on
point-of-sale data feeds.
