Management services to the automotive and other major consumer goods industries. As its
CFO, I am responsible for all Financial, Accounting and Business Administration functions
and guiding ownership through harsh economic times nationwide and specifically in the
automotive industry through sound and disciplined financial leadership and cashflow
management. (Position being eliminated due to Auto Industry bankruptcies)
Fully redesigned financial reporting systems that deliver timely financial information
for both external and internal reporting; profit center performance and operational
corrective action driving profit upward.
Successfully re-engineered business operations and infrastructure resulting in profitable

$40M+ multi-operational engineering services and manufacturer/distributor of plastic
abrasive media and related recycle manufactured products supporting primarily the
Government/Aerospace/Defense Industry and Masonry Products Industry. As its CFO, I
directed all financial, business administration and operational functions. (Recruited to
position of greater responsibility)
Developed and implemented fully combined/consolidated, auditable and SOX compliant
financial reporting and costs systems for all 12 operating entities
Implemented reporting that drove systemic operation improvements that enabled 50% growth
in core business sales, triggering exponential growth plans and M&A activities.

Discovered and corrected serious DOL compliance issues which saved the company millions

CFO/COO/ Exec VPEmpire Die Casting Co., Inc. (Macedonia, Ohio) 1987 to 2001. Empire
is a $35M die-cast manufacturing company which included aluminum, zinc and magnesium die-
casting, secondary machining, finishing, assembly and packaging as well as tool and die
engineering and building services. As its CFO/COO/EVP I led this organization for absentee
owner/CEO and directed all business administration and finance, as well as sales and
operations through hand selected and developed leadership team and was responsible for all
financial results, forecasting, operating income, and executive management. (Recruited to
position of greater advancement opportunity)
Selected by Board as the successor in training for the CEO position in 1991.
During tenure of leadership from 1991 through 2001, grew company s sales by 100%,
increased profits 400% and doubled ESOP stock value.
Created all financial and managerial reporting; and saved the company over $20 million
through successful attainment of funding for a comprehensive facilities and equipment
expansion project.
Earlier (All in Cleveland Ohio area): Progressed from Staff Accountant with Arthur
Andersen & Co. through audit, tax, and controller roles with manufacturing and service

the real estate management industry. Assisted in Chapter 11 reorganization and
