As a collateral duty, created and promulgated both short and long range training plans in adherence with strict Naval Reactors requirements. Donald, detailing the state of the department's training program. Created, graded, and documented results of the monthly Engineering department continued training examination. Created, graded, and documented results of 15 watchstation qualification exams.
