As a collateral duty, created and promulgated both short and long range training plans in adherence with strict Naval Reactors requirements. Maintained documentation of the department continued training program constituting over 10 hours of weekly training. Corresponded monthly with the head of Naval Reactors, Admiral Kirkland H. Donald, detailing the state of the department's training program. Created, graded, and documented results of the monthly Engineering department continued training examination. Created, graded, and documented results of 15 watchstation qualification exams.
