- As a cashier I was responsible for cash handling when ringing through customers orders, and making different types of transactions based on the pay form of the customer, finally most of all I was responsible for seeing how the customers experience was at our store - In customer service my responsiblities were made up of answering the phone and directing calls within the store, using a fax machine and using a cash register to handle transactions; answering customers questions and finding the answer for them - In Italian Express I was required to open the department in the morning, unloading

trucks, preparing food and cooking food, making sure the customers get the freshest and best pizza we can give them, and helping customers in and out of the department

At Hy-Vee I have been chosen more than once to train new and incoming employees on how to use the cash register and how to handle the many types of transactions. I was chosen based on my experience and the type of customer service I provided to the store.
