Provide high-level administrative support to the Chief Executive Officer of Ocean County`s leading health care center by performing a variety of key functions, including:
- Successfully manage and coordinate busy meeting schedule and a variety of
numerous meeting logistics.
- Complete expense reports for reimbursement.
- Develop and maintain a system to facilitate work flow.
- Represent CEO to Board of Directors and Board subcommittees: Schedule
all meetings, record meeting minutes, coordinate and prepare all
materials.
- Coordinate the implementation Ocean Health Initiatives` policies and
procedures in collaboration with the Chief Corporate Compliance Officer.
- Articulate all of CEO`s written correspondence.
- Design the organization`s individualized calendar sent annually to
patients, board members and business associates: Prepare template using
PowerPoint, write accompanying letter from CEO, and recommend health-
related subject matters and photos.
- Coordinate the annual Board of Directors and Senior Management Strategic
Planning Retreat. Responsibilities include drafting the agenda, preparing
CEO presentation on PowerPoint; recording meeting minutes, and securing
meeting location.
- Led in arranging and organizing the Grand Re-Opening event of the
Lakewood health care center ribbon cutting ceremony and open house.
Attendees included, Senator Robert Menendez, Representative Chris Smith,
Senator Robert Singer and Lakewood Mayor Menashe Miller. Wrote CEO

Arranged hotel reservations; secured Sony corporate jet; scheduled all ground transportation; arranged for hotel conference rooms with A/V capabilities. Consistently followed up and confirmed all changes. Prepared and distributed an information packet for attendees.
Emmy Awards: Event held at Marriott Marquis Hotel in New York City involving four Sony divisions and Sony Tokyo dignitaries. Served as liaison between Sony and the National Academy of Television Arts & Sciences. Secured tables for the event, the Sony gift and handled budgetary items.
