* Developed full process automation using a centralized wire database providing controls and audit verification capability. Managed a 3 FTE Control Group utilizing the centralized wire data base for submission/approval of all wires and tracking of deal level P&I advances. Saved the parent Morgan Stanley thousands in float by efficiently recovering millions of outstanding advances on a daily basis. Ensured and provided reporting that new P&I advances were accurately made and tracked for each investor monthly.

* Consolidated and led a 5 FTE Centralized Modification Booking unit in support of the Federal Home Affordable Mortgage Program (HAMP) in full compliance with all Treasury guidelines including changes required based on ongoing Treasury Directives that were issued in support of the program. Unit also performed HELOC billing corrections and post board modification audits. Managed offshore vendor for modification audits.

* Recovered $80 mm of excess funds in custodial accounts by interpreting security deal documents and

determining advances were over funded and had never been recovered over life of each security. Oversaw a 20 FTE team of contractors for a six month period to reconcile and prove out the legitimacy of parent's ability to recoup non-invested custodial funds back onto its balance sheet.

* Increased revenue by implementing oversight function for third party issued securities including master servicing, back up servicing and bond administration. Generated a $400,000 excess profit by exercising call rights permitted in security servicing agreements. Optimized balance sheet by coordinating closely with Capital Markets and Treasury to transfer assets to off balance sheet facilities.

* Assumed management for an off-site REO accounting group acquired as part of a Specialized Servicer in Connecticut. Lead conversion of their expired licensed accounting MAS90 system to MAS200 and negotiated better pricing. Served instrumental role in building third party master servicing fee based business (educated sales staff, ensured legal docs contained appropriate disclosure, attended conferences and meetings with clients as subject matter expert)

* Reorganized investor accounting division by consolidating redundant sites and relocating division to a single location in less than 90 days, with no disruption to daily operations. Migration resulted in a head count reduction from 19 to 15, while simultaneously improving throughput and quality.

* Managed issuance of first and second lien residential private label mortgage backed securities with combined issuance amounts of over $43 Billion. Coordinated underwriter, legal, rating agency, accountant, trustee and internal operational and servicing departments in pricing, client and accountant's due diligence, preparation of prospectus and other legal documents (pooling and servicing agreement, 8-K), and deal closing logistics. Restructured the GECMSI Capital Markets system to allow the flexibility to simultaneously issue five separate securities.
