Through various administrative positions I have developed a strong knowledge of

multiple applications, keen organizational and time management skills. As my

administrative positions increased in responsibility I developed an ability to quickly learn

proprietary applications. With my strong skill sets in MSO I have created databases,

information tracking spreadsheets, mail merge documents, various forms and other

documents for previous employers that are still in use today.

Through my increasing levels of administrative positions, I have developed a strong

sense of responsibility, effective interpersonal skills and the ability to contribute to the

success of the team, even in high-pressure environments. In my administrative careers, I

have been seen as a strong leader, coordinated and implemented training programs,

planned social and educational events, arranged travel (both domestic and

internationally) and maintained compliance regulations relevant to my present

employer. I have worked in banking, engineering fields as well as underground utility

and construction.
