Mr. Ecklund joined Compuware in June of 2000 as a member of the National E-Business Team
after in-depth experience in the field of Marketing and Marketing Communications. Before
joining Compuware, he worked as Webmaster and Manager of Marketing Communications for Dade
Behring Inc., a $2 billion medical diagnostics equipment manufacturer.
As a Compuware Business Analyst at ABN AMRO Bank he supported the Change Management group
in off shoring key trade processing functions to an off shore location in India. At
Landauer Inc. and VW Credit Inc. he assisted in the development of web-based applications
from definition of business requirements, through development and testing, to launch and
subsequent maintenance, training, and documentation.
Prior to VW Credit, he served as a Project Manager for Nielsen Media Research where he
conducted a readiness and risk assessment, engineered business processes, facilitated JAD
sessions, conducted training, provided guidance on graphic design standards, and managed
implementation of a portal to deliver a suite of applications to subscribers of its TV
ratings data.
