Technical skills: Fluent in both Windows and Linux operating systems and software as well
as SPSS and the following psychological and imaging analysis tools: e-Prime (visual
basic), CANTAB, AFNI, FreeSurfer, Slicer, and MATLAB. Experience in brain perfusion and
hippocampal volumetric analysis. Education received in enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay
(ELISA), real-time polymerase chain reaction (rt-PCR). Animal (rodent) handling and
surgery training completed (ask for more details). Laboratory WHMIS, biosafety and fire
safety training completed.
