AGE, HEALTH, and ABILITY TO PERFORM:
a) At 75, I am not as active, strong, or have the stamina to do long, physical projects as I used to---but can still accomplish light work loads for shorter periods of time and have the knowledge and mental capacity to instruct and assist others to accomplish most tasks.
b) In 2004, I had both knees replaced. This helped rejuvenate my body, and resulted in pain-free knees with no physical limitations or side effects.
c) In 2006, I had some heart problems (no blockages) that resulted in lower than normal ejection fractions. It has shown some improvement over time, but energy levels, stamina, and oxygen intake are still affected by altitudes over 6,000 ft., long days, and strenuous activity.
d) I have never smoked, used drugs, or consumed alcohol (except for an occasional social drink).
e) I am not a fan of patented, pharmaceutical drugs and therefore do not take any prescription drugs or other medication---only nutritionals!
CONTACT and other INFORMATION:
a) Cell phone # 970-***-****
b) E-mail address
c) I own a 4 wheel drive vehicle.
d) I also own (and live in full time most of the year) a 5th wheel RV so I only need a place to park with water, electricity, and sewage disposal. RVs are not ideal living quarters in cold weather, but this one is livable when temperatures are above zero degrees.
e) Hobbies: fishing, wildlife watching, enjoying nature and travel.
f) After several years of being retired and becoming bored and short of finances, I have a strong desire to get back to the ranch way of life and supplement my SS income. I am quite flexible in the area of compensation. My income needs are moderate, so I might prefer a part time or lighter duty position, with commensurate pay. The ideal situation for me might be some sort of a management or caretaker position, either year-round or seasonal. I also enjoy welding and fabrication projects and equipment repair. I am handy at welding and fabrication and possess a pretty good selection of tools.
