sit with patients who were suffering from suicidal tendencies, Alzheimer's, Dementia, drug and alcohol withdrawals, schizophrenia, psychosis, etc. I would assist with their daily livings such as assisting them to the bathroom if they are at fall risk, cleaning them after bowel movements when they are incontinent, bathing them, grooming them, feeding them, assisting them to walk up and down halls, turning them in the bed, etc. Cleaning their room such as changing their sheets, gown, etc. I would assist with vital signs such as temperature, blood pressure, and oxygen levels. Also assist with restraining patients when it is necessary to do so.
