* Managed the growth of the financial systems as the practice grew from 15 physicians to 45 physicians. This included

outsourcing patient billing which drastically reduced department overhead and enhanced billing delivery which saved

$250,000 per month in billing costs.

health plan.

* Established first-ever 401(k) and 125 Cafeteria plan for company to expand employee benefits. This effectively saved

hundreds of thousands of dollars in corporate payroll taxes.
