Integrated ITIL principles into user services functions by writing and implementing a service catalog, devel-
oping change management and problem management processes, and reconstructing a help desk into a service
center. Reorganized student computing support by embedding student computer consultants into residential
colleges and integrating them within the Service Center.
Brought user-centered design principles to campus and used them to deploy new services, decommission
services, and manage complete service life-cycles. Built communications bridges between the user and IT that
created an IT alerts system and a service dashboard. Wrote and analyzed the annual survey of user satisfac-
