and training programs; overall new philosophy for the Georgian Trades Unions implying the
departure from the service-oriented federations; information policies including specific projects like
the newspaper and the interactive website, as well as new information management system; etc.
Elaborated new statistics module for all (27) Trades Unions Federations, supervised data
collection and processing
Planned and supervised implementation of the series of Train the Trainer seminars;
prepared training modules for the future trainings
Contributed much in establishing new-level relations with International Confederation of Free
Trades Unions (ICFTU); European Trade Union Confederation (ETUC); International Labor
Organization (ILO); German Confederation of Trades Unions (DGB); International Falcon
Movement; and number of other international partner organizations
. Was principal expert on European Integration and EU policies and specifically on ENP
(participated in expert group on ENP Monitoring, supported by OSI and FES); later, supervised the
