Analysis, modeling, and design methodologies for high performance digital and mixed-
signal integrated circuits in both 2D
and 3D technologies; energy efficient nanoscale circuits and systems; physical design
techniques to enhance performance,
robustness, and reliability in monolithic, heterogeneous systems; on-chip power and noise
management in large scale mixed-
signal circuits; implantable bio-electronic systems; and emerging integrated circuit and
system technologies.
