I recently started a new business giving food preparation classes in raw and living food
for health, I attended the Ann Wigmore Foundation in San Fidel NM. and attended Living
Light Culinary Arts Institute and graduated from their Associate Chef Program. I have a
lifelong interest in healing foods but recently have turned it into a new career. I give
demo's and classes at Whole Foods Market and Sunflower in Albuquerque, New Mexico. I am
open to sharing at other venues I am passionate about fresh tasty creations using raw and
living foods and their healing benefits. I offer classes and demo's, personal chef
services and private classes and coaching... I also just graduated from Crystal Mountain
massage school in Albuquerque, NM. Soon will take my liscensing exam and finish my clinic

Right now I have about 70 hours left to complete, a couple of make of classes in the next
month to complete and need to take the Emblex state exam. My goal is to integrate
therapeutic massage, energy healing, Raw Food Coaching and classes and a future goal
starting a restaurant / gallery/ books/ massage to support this dream.
