In the AA Performance & Learning organization, I was an Instructional Design Manager and
focused a good amount of my time developing and maintaining the training program for SOAR
processes and technology as well as conducting our interpersonal skills training classes
such as Effective Presentations.
In my most current position, I was responsible for developing processes for our offshore
software testing function and managing the team's resources as well as developing
materials development processes and training programs for our globally-deployed systems.
