I received my high school diploma in the class of 1991 from Henryville High School in Indiana.

Also during my senior high school year of 1990-1991, I attended C.A. Prosser Technical School in New Albany, Indiana. I took nursing classes to prepare myself for the nursing program at Ivy Technical Community College.

I received a certificate of completion upon the program ending at the end of the year, along with receiving a certificate of perfect attendance & making the honor roll. I received the same too from my High School upon graduating.

I took the required testing at Ivy Technical Community College, after graduation from my high school & completion at the nursing program from Prosser Technical School

I passed the required testing to enter the nursing program at Ivy Tech in Sellersburg, Indiana. I was in the top 10 of individuals for passing the required testing out of approximately 250-300 individuals altogether taking the required testing to enter into the nursing program.

While waiting for the nursing program to start, I took some additional classes to further help with learning prior to program to starting.

I graduated from the nursing program in 1994, at that time I was eligible to sit to take the state board of nursing exam for becoming a Licensed Practical Nurse.

In September of 1994, I passed the state board of nursing examination for the state of Indiana as required by law. I passed the examination after taking it only once.
