Qualifications: Mr. Feit has thirty nine years of experience in various disciplines
including configuration management, provisioning, sales, quality
assurance, and management responsibilities in support of both
military and private sectors.
He has extensive program management/logistical efforts in positions

Duties/Responsibilities: Mr. Feit currently is involved as an Action Officer for
Southwest Asia. He prepares MOA, (memos of agreement)

PAST POSITION: TITAN, Senior Logistics manager (December 1995 to Feb 2005)
Duties/Responsibilities: Mr. Feit supported the preparation and creation of Functional
Configuration audits (FCA) and Physical Configuration audits
(PCA). He organized the ongoing activities related to change
documentation and member of the Configuration Control
Review Board (CCRB).
created a database of 160-fielded sites with over 166 million
dollars of Government assets being documented. He surfaced
major issues saving the government over 2.2 million dollars.

Manager (Dec 1980 to Dec 1995)
Duties/Responsibilities: Responsible for all phases of worldwide Logistics
Support, Configuration Management, Customer-Field
Replenishment Inventory, and Used Goods Sales.
With program management responsibility for the building
of 11 modified special computer mainframes over a two-
week period to be utilized during the Desert Storm
Mission. This effort demonstrates crisis management
skills and workload requirement of 16 to 20 hours per day.
Increased worldwide sales from 250,000 to 3 million
dollars on an annual basis while significantly reducing
capital spares inventory while having the total
responsibility and scope to establish work schedules
complete with supporting documentation in the
performance of the logistical support environment.
Created a parts sales computer supplies catalog from
inception for increased sales of 1 million dollars per
year while increasing profit margins by 6%. Managed a
satellite office having a clerical/administrative staff of 13
people and created a storage system and process for
archiving and retrieval of pertinent company documents.
Maintained and tracked P1 (next day) and P2 (10 day) I
inventory replenishment system in excess of 91% on time.
Prepared customer support documentation related to
configuration management and provisioning services to
support military contracts such as the B52 Weapons
System Program. Created of family tree drawings and the
introduction of provisioning concepts to a COT
computer supplier. Program Manager responsible
for the exchange/upgrade program for B52 Weapons

ready on moments notice. Held numerous provisioning

requirements. Primary inspection of hardware on a
refurbishment contract encompassed inspection of all
work and documentation performed.

Warehouse of Military equipment. He planned stockage
Locations to minimize time to bring equipment to point
of need within 4 hours on a 24/7 basis.
