Responsible for maintaining ISO 9001:2008 Certification for over 130 service locations, including making necessary
updates to the QMS. One of those updates I was responsible for was converting as many procedures and work
instructions that was feasible into flowcharts for easier use and interpretation throughout the organization.
Participate in 40 Insurance company audits annually for compliance to insurance contract requirements
in our service locations around the country.

injection molding machines and 50 different production assembly lines as well as several production supply areas.
Chaired scrap reduction efforts and were able to reduce scrap from over 7% to 1.5% a savings of over $150,000.00
annually.
Responsible for maintaining the ISO9002 Quality Management System including the registration and the
internal audit program.
Fielded customer complaints both internally and in the field as necessary, reviewed returns and

Responsible for all layout inspections, researched and justified purchase of CNC CMM.
Conducted environmental testing (cold, heat, humidity, vibration) on electrical assemblies used by both
