It provides visually impaired person to navigate

independently by himself with an enclosed environment such as home,

Synopsis office etc which uses wireless network to forecasting the first level

localization using ZIG-BEE network. Also to predict the path planning

using speech commands while the user moves towards the destination

area. The blind person can identifies his location by himself using IR

remote sensors and also to determine User's location by the observer

displayed on LCD monitor.
