& spas, 3-restaurants, 13-elevators and a Conference Center
with a capacity of 1,800.
Managed to cut payroll budget by over $75,000 in comparison
to last year as well as reduce spending by over $90,000 from
previous year. Increased productivity and guest satisfaction
at the same time.
3/23/05 - 12/2007 Holiday Inn Surfside as Chief Engineer
Supervised a staff of 8 for a 200-room property with pool,
spa, and fitness center. Facilitator of People Notice
Program, increasing guest satisfaction surveys by 20%; the
program teaches employees going the extra mile and teamwork.
Received a 97% score on IHG Engineer equipment inspection.
Reason for Leaving: Position eliminated (severance package
received).
2003-2005 Dunes Village and Pan American as Chief Engineer
Oversaw the engineering operations of 2 hotels, a 2-story
house with offices on 8 acres: 2 ocean front homes with pools
and spas. Performed all engineering duties for 200 rooms, 10
bodies of water, landscaping for all properties,

Supervised a staff of 25 for a 540 room property including 99
condo units with HOA, 10 elevators in 4 buildings,
restaurant, lounge, gift shop, 2 sauna's, 21 pools & spas,
800 feet of ocean front deck, 8 golf carts with trailers, 8
boiler rooms, and 1000 feet of curb appeal.

2000-2001 Camelot by The Sea, Poindexter, Atlantica 1 & 2 as
Chief Engineer
Supervised a staff of 16 and 12 respectively. Oversaw mid-
construction phase to Grand Opening. Compiled Maintenance &
Housekeeping staff for 231 rooms. Set up accounts, negotiated
contracts, devise 1st par, coordinate phone switch, D Mark,
and cable trunk location; set up RDP terminals, designed
shelve layouts. Stock maintenance shop with tools and
supplies, as well as General Store. Interpret blueprints with
lawyers to establish HOA vs. rental management property;
follow up on construction punch list items. Devise all weekly
and monthly Preventative Maintenance and Projects. Originated
all emergency evacuation plans and trained staff to implement
program.

1994-2000 Coral Beach Resort as A. Chief Engineer
Supervised a staff of 20; oversaw all phases of $2.5 million
renovation of 301 rooms, lobby and 10 pools. Chairman of
