Exhibit Technician/ Sculptor – Arizona Zoological Society (The Phoenix Zoo)

Sculpture, fabrication and installation of animal sculpture and their surroundings for the Feel the Difference project at the Phoenix Zoo. This exhibit won an award from the city of Phoenix.

Head Exhibit Preparator- University of Illinois – World Heritage Museum

Worked with the museum director, architects, curators, professional trades people and work-study students in the construction and installation of new exhibits.

Woodworker/ Designer – Monticello Design and Manufacturing

Design, construction and installation of a variety of custom architectural woodwork. The main area of specialization was in the construction of curved elements, including windows, doors, stairs and related moldings.

Assistant to the Curator – Arizona State University Museum of Anthropology in Tempe Arizona

Assisted the preparatory in the design, construction and installation of exhibits and graphic materials for the museum

Art Director and Sculptor - Natures Partner - Phoenix, Arizona

Design and construction of a variety of sculptural elements for Las Vegas Casinos, Zoo and aquariums and private and commercial gardens. The sculptures were primarily animals - mostly life-sized

Aardvark Design - Designed and fabricated sculptural elements from metal for installation at commercial locations in the Phoenix area including a life-size stage coach and 6 horses for Wells Fargo Bank and large-scale ornaments for the City of Phoenix

Special Skills

My main area of artistic expertise is in life-like sculpture, both figurative and animal. Included in that category are skills in drawing, mold-making, painting (murals and canvas), welding, and carpentry.

I also have experience in exhibit construction and the associated trades.
