Major Accomplishments:

• Implemented a quality improvement plan that ensured business retention for three targeted accounts.

• Reduced paper waste by 16% from prior year and by 37% for the final two months of plant operations.

• Reduced year-over-year fixed and variable expenses by a combined $1 million.

THE DINGLEY PRESS 2005 – 2007
