DESCRIPTION : CONNECT is the project that integrates and connects

dealerships with TKM users.

CONNECT has various modules in it where Warranty and Field Quality modules

play a major role. Warranty module manages the vehicle warranty right from

creation, validation, approval, reimbursement to dealerships and final

settlement with suppliers. As the process has automation, the lead time for

warranty process is minimal and increases the productivity. Field Quality

module provides the functionality to check and inspect the vehicle before

delivering to the end customer and has process to follow in case of defects

found in the vehicle. This helps in reducing the lead time between failure

occurrences and reporting to TKM users. This also has an integration layer

which integrates with legacy systems like SAL, TOPAS and CTDMS with

CONNECT, the system will provide reports which is useful to analyze the

business.
