According to the US Laws and Eligibility of Customer.

Upload to RealEC: In this Process we are uploading the Updated Title

Commitment and send it to the direct Customer by XML.

Identifying the improvement areas and implementing adequate

measures to facilitate a high quality customer experience, while adhering

to the SLA within TAT.

Accelerating employee's strengths and imparting training for the

improvements in the operation process.

Reporting:

Creating "Touch Time" report, hourly tracker, and productivity report and

reporting to manager. Structuring all these report to put data from

operation transactions into the appropriate business context for each

purpose. Maintaining daily and monthly production and error report and

sending to the management.

Project #1: Document Auditing.

My Contribution:

. Analyzing & Clarifying the Loan documents

. Records and verify all the transactions relating to the Property.

. Verify the Land Information like, Borrower Name, Property Address,

Image, Mortgage amount, Interest etc

. Find out all the recording Numbers and record the transaction and

submit the

Audit report of the particular property and preparing Tax Receipts

invoices in

Different states of U.S.A

Project #2: Tax Service

Client : Fidelity National Tax Services, U.S.A

My Contribution:

. Verify the details about the particular Property in USA.

. Verify the Tax Details means, Tax ID number, Tax issue date,

Information about the Tax Payer, Tax amount, and Service charge etc.

. Verify previous year's tax amount details.

. Calculate the outstanding amount details of Property.

. Analysis and clarify the Property Information send feedback about the

Property.

. Prepare the Tax Receipt voucher and calculate the Invoice amount

according to the State wise.

Project #3: US Recording

Client : Lender First Choice (LFC)

My Contribution:

To create a document that helps in the release of satisfaction of a

mortgage and help county offices for E-Recording process. Generate

satisfaction letter with the help of the images given.

Project #4 : Globil

Client : Unisys, USA

Duration : June '06 to Aug 2006

Role : Associate

Description of Project:

It's a Front Office Dealing system for different countries. The systems

allows the project manager to create requisitions and same is sent to the

specific country through a messaging server for dealing the security.

My Contribution: Involved in conversion from Globil document to Oracle 11i.

Responsibility at JDS InfoTech:

Operation Management:

My Primary responsibilities are to ensure that high-quality service is

being provided to client accounts through the account executives and

to enhance client relationships. Primary work of mine is to ensure jobs are

completed within TAT, Scheduling MTs & QA's, graduating Users of accounts

related feedback, Client specifics.

My Contribution: Server troubleshooting, Monitoring and above.
