Objectives

I wonder to work in Biology field which is my interest. Moreover, I am looking to working in biology laboratory

because I have a good background in biology laboratory. I can be a good research assistant too.

I am a registered nurse and I have Saudi Arabia Nursing Board. I have a bachelor degree in biology. I have had a

lot of biology laboratories because I really like to feel science by working and touch it. I have a good experience in

cell and molecular labs. I worked with cancer cells using high standard sterilization techniques. I deal with these

cells by growing, killing them. I have good experience in extracting RNA from the cells after many steps. I learned

about a medication, which is Resveratrol, that help in getting rid of the cancer cells, and I worked four months

using that medication and doing a group research. In Cell biology lab, I used many machines which are important

in biology laboratory like qPCR machine, and Haemocytometer. I had been in microbiology laboratories too. I

have a good experience in using plates, isolating bacteria, identifying bacteria, and growing bacteria. I used many

medias and agar. I had been in two biology field classes which are Fresh Water Algae, and macro invertebrates

which were taught in Reel Foot Lake in west Tennessee. These two classes helped me in being able to identify

many aquatic organisms. I used microscopes in most of my biology laboratories. I am good in using microscope,

and in preparing permanent slides. I worked in mice laboratory for my Anatomy and physiology laboratory. I have

general experience in chemistry and physics laboratories from my college classes.
