Management May 2007 to June 2011 Fabrication Lead for 1st and 2nd Shift: Managed the schedule, coordinated activities of the shop floor and fabrication area, cooperated with the production manager to fulfill orders, meet inventory requirements and deliver quality finished product to customer on time. Supervised all work from press brake operators in order to meet and exceed customers expectation; quality controlled minimal scrap, repair or re-furnished products. Coordinated and communicated with the Engineering Department on matters of technical issues with new prototype parts and production parts. Help train all the Press Brake Operators and supported with down time on machines, and always followed safety procedures and quality standards.

Press Brake Operator March 1999 to June 2012 Press Brake Setup Operator:

Responsible for overall setup, operations and performance of the press brake machines. Read blueprints and made the selections of proper dies to produce parts. Checked parts for quality and maintain required work records. Maintain proper care of tools and equipment. Acquired training to other Brake operators on Machines like: Amada HFB, Amada RGS, Cincinnati and Accurpress with Horton System. Followed proper procedures for safety and maintain equipment in orderly condition.
