accreditation to NEBOSH, IOSH and ISO Lead Auditing.

Personal Goals to influence change and to drive the agenda for positive interventions on

inspections, permit to work application, motivational activities, disciplinary

action, and qualification of Subcontractor s HSE performance, statistics and

reports.

Working initially on a Specific Plant Shutdown leading a team of Safety

Managers and Safety Advisors.

Duties included carrying out workplace inductions, inspections and audits and

ensuring all tasks are carried out safely and correctly.

This includes ensuring that all plant personnel are adhering to plant working and

safety procedures, risk assessments and ‘think first’ procedures.

– Libya

Employed by the client to provide stewardship of contractor activities during the

civil phase of construction of several gas and oil separation plants and a coastal

export from offshore production to terminal & tank farm.

Primarily responsible for supervising and coaching a team of Libyan National

Junior HSE Advisors in the basic requirements for safe working methods during

construction.

This covered a broad range of heavy civil activities including deep excavations

and the management of heavy mobile plant movements in congested areas
