Assements/Inspections
Did assessments on pipelines for Consumers Energy which included doing UT
tests on the pipeline to find out if the PIG’s detection of Delamination or interior
corrosion was correct. Determined what % of interior or Exterior corrosion there
was on removed and connected Pipelines. Took pictures and documented
contractors’ work which included pipe locating, excavating the pipes, welds,
backfills, blasting, replacement of the pipes, and recoating.

Created production orders for the blast and paint processes, which included
making an estimated square foot coated per hour based on past returns and

Conducted inspections of interior and exterior of naval fleet carriers.

the proper
environmental conditions were met along with not exceeding recoat windows,

proper cure times, and ensuring proper DFT's.

Programmed the CNC Laser, Punch and Flame Table, made sure the
machines were properly cutting the materials needed. And supervising a
team of CNC operators, and ensuring they made the parts to
specification.
